Hi, I’m Lydya! Hailing from Australia, I’m a proud mum to two energetic boys, aged 4 and 8, and have been living in Aarhus, Denmark for the past three years. Baking and cake designing are my ultimate passions, and I’ve developed a unique system to create delicious, beautiful, and moist cakes that not only taste amazing but also look stunning.
I specialise in meringue-style buttercream and fondant accents, crafting cakes that are as visually delightful as they are flavourful. A self-confessed chocoholic, I also adore good food, curling up with a book, writing, drawing, and indulging in all things K-drama.
